Looking for accommodation in Cheltenham? The Cheltenham Suite sleeps up to four in the highest degree of comfort. The luxury apartment has been designed to provide an excellent alternative to the luxury hotels in the area. The spacious apartment gives guests a lot more space than the majority of hotels, yet retains the highest quality of quality and design.
The bedrooms are unique in terms of design, yet are both equally spacious. Each bedroom has a super king double bed fitted with the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen. The second room is designed to give the flexibility of having two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with 21-inch LCD screens, a Sony wireless music library and high-speed internet - both LAN and wifi.
The bathroom and en-suite are fitted with Gessi rain showers, with the main bathroom equipped with a hydro-massage Jacuzzi by BluBleu, enabling you to relax for a peaceful night's sleep.
The spacious living area is at the centre of the 1000sq. foot apartment. The space features a stunning furniture composition by Giellesse that houses the library of books and hand selected music tracks - or dock your iPod, a home theatre system with surround sound and DVD player with a luxurious BPA Madison sofa from which to enjoy them. An iMac is included as well for internet and email, useful for business users.

The Italian kitchen is adjacent to the living area. The contemporary Italian kitchen from Effeti, is fully equipped with top of the range appliances such as an induction hob, pyrolytic oven, combination microwave oven, on tap boiling water, to list a few, enabling guests to cook as much or as little as they wish. We are always on hand to recommend our personal favourites or you can search our twitter.
Extras include the following and are provided free of charge during your stay: WiFi for your laptop, Apple iMac, 24-42" TV with FreeView and Sky, a DVD player, twice-a-week towel change (more if you need it) and one complimentary service per stay of up to seven days (additional visits are available daily at £15 per service).
Arriving at the apartment. Guests are sent a text message on the day of arrival with a PIN number to access the secure key box. The set of keys access the apartment. This self check-in allows guests to arrive at their convenience. It is likely guests will be arriving by car so the apartment has secure, gated parking for one car - with additional free street parking. The apartment postcode for SatNav is GL52 2QE.
We receive feedback from our guests via email, booking.com, Tripadvisor and Airbnb. For the most part feedback has been excellent. However, like every business there are things to work on. Below is feedback from our guests and our response.

Everything was to a very high standard. It was perfect for a relaxing couple of nights away. We had a phone number to call if we had any questions which was really helpful.
Positive It is a super apartment, beautifully decorated and very well kitted out. Very comfortable, the apartment has all one needs for an enjoyable self-catering experience. We just had breakfast in and went into town for other meals, but you could easily stay in all weekend, chill out watching videos and cook a Sunday roast ... it has the facilities for all of that and more. It was so nice to find on arrival milk, water and fruit juice in the fridge and sugar, teas etc in the larder. The kitchen is great. Above all I was impressed with the level of cleanliness.
Negative It would have been good to have a manual explaining how things work... it took time to work out how some of the electrical stuff, especially the video, which we never did figure out. We did have a number to call, but not really convenient to do that late at night. The people were very pleasant though. ( one other point of feedback, the jacuzzi bath seemed to smell a little... they often do if they are not properly operated, which is another reason a manual is helpful).
Response We appreciated this guests comments. We have now produced an apartment manual which we are constantly adding to. It has all of the instruction manuals needed to operate the apartment. The Jacuzzi has been serviced with a new waste trap to avoid water sitting for long periods when the apartment isn't being used.
Positive Unlike a hotel room, there was space for the children to play and friends to visit.
Negative I was able to book 2 apartments online, 1 for myself and 1 for friends, when in reality there was only 1 apartment. This should not have been possible to do. The apartment. was lovely so it was a shame that my friends who ended up at another address, 10 mins drive from us, did not have the same standard accommodation. It slightly ruined the weekend. The en suite has nowhere to put soap The carpark key fob didn't work. There should be more instructions for the appliances in the flat.
Response The system used by Booking.com is not perfect. This should never of happened. Though the description on their website says there's one apartment, their system allows you to book two apartment configurations. We have now moved to airbnb as their system is excellent. The carpark key fob batteries have been replaced and as mentioned the apartment now has an instruction manual.
